Industry | n. m.
An oily by-product that settles down at the bottom of olive oil storage tanks. It is used as cattle foodstuff and as raw material for soap and manure production.

Example

Composting experiments are being carried out with olive dregs, olive tree leaves and olive tree wood, triturated all together and manure act as a nitrogen source, since its nutritional value is higher than the abovementioned elements.
