Olive olils | n. phr.
olive-residue oil that results after refining. It is used as a blending component to obtain other olive-residue oils. It is unfit for consumption.

Example

The addition of virgin olive oils to refined olive-residue oil has several effects: it is partially responsible for the characteristic aroma of olive oil that the product acquires; the quality is enhanced, since the added oil is of greater market value.
