Saturated fatty acid that is abundant in terrestrial animal fats and in coconut and palm vegetable oils, and that is present in olive oil in moderate amounts.

Example

The contents are 70% linoleic acid, 20% oleic acid and 5% palmitic acid, therefore main conclusion is that olive oil is the one that provides as much essential fatty acids.
