Commerce | n. phr.
A specific type of olive oil that is obtained blending refined olive oil and virgin olive oil or extra virgin olive oil. The later component adds taste and aroma to the former. It is fit for consumption.

Example

Olive oil is suifor cooking when subtle flavour is not required. Extra virgin and virgin olive oil are most delicate in flavour, and are preferred for salads, ser ved at the with bread for dipping, or added to soups and stews.
